We are currently shipping to Australia only, although we intend to extend this shortly.
- For all orders we currently offer a flat rate of $10 via Australia post. Australia is a big place and it is expensive to post anything unfortunately. We actually subsidise the cost of delivery to you, to help as much as we can
- We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by the Australia Post, any instances where items are lost must be taken up with Australia Post directly.
We are not to responsible for items that are damaged or lost by Australia Post in transit and any claims related to this should be taken up directly with Australia post.
We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry from customer. This must be taken up with Australia post directly.
Returns
We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you receive an item damaged during transit, please contact Australia post directly.
